2010 Type-20 and Type-25 projects

Litchfield has been at the forefront of Subaru development for many years and the latest version of our Type-20 is due to launch in the coming weeks. The original MY08 Type-20 “Concept” was unveiled at the 2008 Autosport show where it received a very enthusiastic welcome, the car subsequently went on to received critical in the UK motoring press. The 2010 Type-20 is designed to improve each aspect of the 2008 car. Close attention to detail and working with the very best UK suppliers has seen some significant progress in all areas of the cars performance.

Once the Type-20 has been launched we will complete the specification for the next Mark III version of the famous Type-25. Engine development work has been underway since late 2009 and performance will once again set a new benchmark. The Type-25 will be built to order and we hope to commence sales this summer. Litchfield are delighted to be appointed Englands first Whiteline Performance Centre

We have been working with Whiteline for a number of years and have used their products in all our Subaru performance models and on our Time Attack winning race car. We therefore delighted to be appointed Whitelines first Performance Centre which confirms our position as one of the very best in chassis tuning and setup.

What is a Whiteline Performance Centre (WPC)?
A WPC is an authorised specialist tuner extensively trained and setup to recommend, sell, fit and tune WHITELINE’s quality range of suspension product. As with the high complexity of chassis set ups, merely purchasing the product is not enough these days and the ability to service you with technical advice, installation and tuning is where we recognise the opportunity to differentiate our products and services from the rest.

Litchfield Official Mines distributor

Japanese cars enthusiasts will have heard of the famous Japanese performance brand Mines from their incredible Nissan GTRs. Early this year Mines President Niikura-san and sales manager Nagahama-san flew into the UK visit our facility and we are delighted become official Mines Distributors.

The quality of the Mines products is simply stunning and we have already used a number of their products in our project GTRs.

We are currently updating our website shop to include a number of Mines products which we will be able to provide quickly to UK and European customers.
