FMACGTR35 - Forge Motorsport Of Diaphragm Actuators (Pair)

A pair of replacement actuators for the Nissan GTR R35.

This product is assembled with springs suitable for at or slightly above factory boost levels. Additional springs are also included for tuning purposes along with our reverse thread adjuster to ease installation and set up.

FMDVR35 - Forge Motorsport Recirculation Valves

For fine tuning there is a variable spring preload incorporated and a ratchet type top adjuster that will allow for the positive and precise adjustment . This valve incorporates a unique conical, progressive rate spring that can allow for the retention of boost pressure up to 34 PSI. To ease installation there is a 360 degree adjustable vacuum hose connector.

FMHTR35 - Forge Motorsport Alloy Header Tank

This replacement aluminium header tank fits in the stock location, with the stock bolts, uses all the stock hoses and stock radiator cap, yet adds 2 litres of extra coolant capacity inside the natural fill level of the engine i.e. you don’t have to overfill it to take advantage of the extra capacity. It features a sight glass on the side to check the coolant levels, and is internally baffled to stop the coolant moving about too much during cornering...

FMINTR35 - Forge Motorsport Front Mounted Intercooler

This front mounting intercooler has been designed as an upgrade for the Nissan GTR R35 models. After considerable trials, we found that the most efficient for these models, was a core of tube and fin design, and along with an overall increase in dimensions we have been able to improve the cooling ability and reduce the pressure loss across when compared to stock intercoolers...

FMKCR35 - Forge Motorsport Silicone Coolant Hoses

These hoses replace the top radiator hose, botttom radiator hose, top header tank hose, bottom header tank hose, hose from the engine filler to the block, and the water overflow hose. The are made from high quality reinforced silicone which means that they can withstand the 1.8 bar pressure from the Spec V radiator cap, should you have one fitted.

FMSMPGTR - Forge Motorsport Alloy Finned Sump

This replacement sump is made from a solid alloy billet, finned to aid cooling, and is supplied with drilled and threaded tappings ( blanking plug included ) to allow the connection of an external oil cooler system.
